Entries must be submitted by the authorized holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. The “authorized holder” is defined as the natural person to whom an Internet service provider, online service provider, or another organization (e.g., a business, educational institution, etc.) has assigned an email address.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins on December 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
DRAWINGS
A random draw will be held on January 6, 2026, at Centre dentaire Touchette, located at 1124 St-René Ouest, Gatineau. One winner will be electronically selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be eligible to claim the prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE
The prize consists of a complete at-home whitening treatment (upper and lower teeth) with trays, valued at $395.00. The prize includes the whitening kit, the dental appointments normally required for this specific treatment, and the laboratory fees associated with the fabrication of the whitening trays.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all patients of Centre dentaire Touchette who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. Employees of Centre dentaire Touchette, their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses), and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner will be notified by email or telephone by the contest organizer. Details regarding prize collection will then be discussed with the winner. If the winner fails to contact the contest organizer’s representatives within one week of the email or phone call notification, the organizer may, at its sole discretion, cancel the draw and proceed with a new draw to select another winner, who will be subject to the same rules outlined in this paragraph.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All prize claims are subject to verification by the contest organizer. Incomplete or late entries will automatically be rejected. The organizer’s decision in this regard is final and binding.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted for another prize or exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the contest organizer and its representatives to use their name, photographs, images, voice, or statements related to the prize for media or promotional purposes, without any form of compensation.
